<링링레인>은 소리 상호작용이 있는 종이미디어 설치작품이다.
|
||
관객은 처음 하얀 벽에 붙어 있는 가로 2.7m, 높이 1.2m의 큰 종이와 만나게 된다.
|
||
가까이 다가가면, 관객은 종이 지면에서 볼록하게 튀어나와 형압된 물방울 무늬와 그것이 만드는 비오는 장면을 발견하게 된다.
|
||
떨어지고 있는 빗방울의 이미지를 손으로 만지면, 별안간 빗소리와
|
||
싸인 웨이브가 만드는 영롱한 사운드가 관객 몸에 반응하여, 흘러나오고, 공간을 채운다.
|
||
소리를 통하여, 비오는 날의 무지개를 만난 듯한 환상을 관객은 체험하게 되고,
|
||
각자 개별적으로 가지고 있는 비오는 날의 기억과 감각이 관객의 몸에 소환된다.
|
||
|
||
If you reach into the rain, the rain forms droplets upon our palms.
|
||
If you try to touch them, they are absorbed or seemingly run away.
|
||
Have we ever really touched falling rain drops before?
|
||
Our imagination of the world tends to be subject to visual experiences.
|
||
Water drops are embossed on moassive sheets of paper.
|
||
The paper visualizes a rainy environment and gives us a chance
|
||
to touch water drops and to let you listen attentivley to rainfall.
|
||
|
||
|
||

||

||
